Ken Sacks
Director of Franchise Support
Ken Sacks, an Online Trading Academy graduate, is a seasoned international brand marketing and sales veteran. His successful
career in key executive management roles in a diverse range of business sectors for over 35 years has enabled him to be a
motivational leader at Online Trading Academy.
Prior to joining Online Trading Academy, Mr. Sacks held executive management positions with companies like Tokyo Electro
Acoustic Corporation (“TEAC”), overseeing a network of 300 franchise dealers and distributors internationally and, becoming their
youngest Vice President - Professional Products Division, TASCAM, at age 27, where he expanded and increased sales from $4.9MM to
$29.9MM in less than 6 years. In 1998, Mr. Sacks became an independent consultant for a wide scope of successful startup
companies and, in 2000 worked with Genesis Intermedia, a large producer of quality TV infomercials. There, he developed and
trained a 56-member Direct Sales department while supporting in tandem a 26-instructor Commodities Tele-Mentoring Group, as its
Mentor Manager. The department was chiefly credited with progressively increasing sales to $2.5MM per month, taking the company
public in 2002. Mr. Sacks also has a vast knowledge of the U.S. Securities Industry, founding and operating two NASD
Broker/Dealers in General Securities, Stocks & Bonds, and Currency Options for 15 years. Mr. Sacks served as an NASD Registered
Securities Principal and held multiple financial industry licenses, now expired, including: Series 7, 22, 24, 27, and 63. Mr.
Sacks has also been a member of various financial industry trade groups such as the International Association of Financial
Planners (IAFP), the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX).
Mr. Sacks came to Online Trading Academy in 2003. He has served in many capacities as the company has grown: Marketing Manager,
Irvine Sales Manager, Corporate Sales Trainer, and Director of Mentor Education and its successor, the Extended Learning Track
(“XLT”) series. In 2006, Mr. Sacks became the first Director of Franchise Operations for Online Trading Academy Franchise
Corporation and, in 2008, assumed his current position as Director of Franchise Support. Mr. Sacks says, “What I really love most

In his leisure time, Mr. Sacks is an avid private pilot and an expert pistol shooter. Mr. Sacks also served in the military
from 1965-1971 as Staff Sergeant, United States Marine Corps, where he received honors: Meritorious Service Medal, Marine Corps
Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal.
