Center Administrator

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the owner/general manager and sales team in administrative functions
  • Receive incoming calls on a multiple line phone system in a friendly and professional manner and transfer calls accordingly
  • Greet and assist incoming guests, customers, and vendors
  • Manage the kitchen/break room - stock and maintain office/kitchen equipment and supplies
  • Organize lunch orders with catering company for staff and customers
  • Sort and distribute mail; prepare outgoing mail and FedEx packages
  • Keep inventory of class manuals
  • Assist in various administrative tasks
  • Create name tags, table tents, and sign in sheets for upcoming classes
  • Copy, scan, file, and fax documents
  • Fill out expense reports
  • Serve as the contact person to the building maintenance department and service vendors when needed

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

  • Customer service oriented
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision and provide administrative support to multiple people
  • Experience in consumer sales and service business
  • Good typing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, fax machines and phones
  • High School diploma required; college degree highly desirable
